About C4RE Services

The C4RE strives to work at local, national, regional, and global levels. It was established in 2015 by some enthusiastic and visionary academicians and researchers with over 25-40 years of national & international level working experience. The prime approach of C4RE is to rediscover and understand the environment and natural resources based on potentials and opportunities to be managed for sustainable ecosystem services and livelihood supports towards sustainable development of the society.C4RE encourages multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary in its approaches to running programs and projects by working under broad themes, capacity building and skill development, poverty alleviation and sustainable livelihoods, public health and sanitation, clean technology promotion and development, economic growth and public-private partnership, remote sensing and geographic information systems (GIS) and modeling, environment-development integration, good governance,and people’s participation. The C4RE is a multi-sectoral business house.Most of its senior researchers have Masters and Ph.D. degrees from Northern American and European Universities with many publications in international journals in their fields of research. In Bangladesh, almost all sectors suffer due to inadequate professionals and technologists with appropriate training and skills.

This dearth of adequate professionals and technologists hinders the expansion of many industrial and service sectors as well export of skilled manpower to cater to demand in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. It has severe impacts on remittance and economic growth.The C4RE Services (Centre for Rediscovered and Redefined Natural Resources Research and Education) is an independent, multi-disciplinary consulting firm for policy, research, and implementing institutes working on advanced research, skill development, and education toward sustainable environment and economic growth. C4RE Services as consultancy firm specializing in conducting surveys and providing IT-enabled services in the country and beyond, since 2015. C4RE Services works through its focuses on the following:

  • Sea level rise and storm surge modeling for coastal zone protection against sea level rise and storm surges.

Training Facility

C4RE Training Center was established in 2015. C4RE started using the facility to offer professional training and to provide training facilities to renowned public and private organizations. C4RE Training Center got its own training venue in 2015 and started conducting regular training programs.

Till now we have successfully completed numerous trainings with over 500 participants from BUET, Dhaka University, University of Chattogram, Patuakhali University of Science and Technology (PSTU), Noakhali University of Science and Technology (NUST), Rajshahi University, LGD, LGED, Dhaka North City Corporation, KUET, Khulna University, North South University, Independent University of Bangladesh (IUB) and many private companies. C4RE also works with its valued client to customize training as per needs. C4RE maintains a pool of highly experienced trainers with appropriate skills and expertise in their related fields.C4RE Training Center (A unit of C4RE Services) is located at House 104 (4th Floor), Northern Road, Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka 1212 with all training facilities.
